Caregivers' perspectives on the impact of the Group Triple P‐Positive Parenting Program in Pakistani orphanages

Children living in the orphanages of low- and middle-income countries often face maltreatment inadequate caregiving, caregivers are unprepared lack training for their role. This study involved a qualitative design with thematic analysis approach, consisting focus group discussions 14 working Pakistani who had participated Group Triple P. Four main themes emerged: caregiving skills enhancement, behavioural outcomes, personal wellbeing change relationships. Findings suggested that P was beneficial improving perceived by equipping them parenting which enhanced caregivers' self-confidence handling challenging situations. promoted use positive practices reduced emotional problems children under care, along building child–caregiver relationship. It also fostered supportive environment respectful relationships among orphanage administration.
